The main problem with central heat and air or air conditioning at all is that it sucks the humidity out of the air. The Humidity level ends up similar to a desert. Thats why people who have respiratory problems are advised to use humidifiers. I live in Oklahoma and the humidity lever outside can be 70-80% but in the house it stays about 50%. So mist mist mist!
