if there's a post that i either want to put some thought behind, or a story i want to share, i usually type it up on the notepad feature of the puter when i'm offline and then post it the next time i'm on ... that way, it's not as obvious that i'm stopping every 10 seconds ...
and it's true that i have no life outside of work and that this board is pretty much my social life! (pathetic but peaceful...lol)
