Karli,
I put a medium sized tub with 1 inch of warm water in my iggie's cage, manually put him in it for about two weeks and praised him when he went.

After that, he would go to tbe floor on his own and poop beside the tub. He just didn't quite get it.

Now, he goes all by himself and we love it. He eats his poop, sometimes, and that bothers me but otherwise it has worked great. Good luck
