Well we live in FL and still don't get Sleestack much natural sunlight unfortunately. He doesn't like it outside (is scared) and won't stay in the window (where I can put up a temporary plastic mesh when the sun comes in) so even though he could get some sun...he just doesn't! I believe he could be bigger and could be healthier if he did, but the vet gives him a clean bill of health and says he looks great. He is eating like mad and putting on the weight. I think he is over 7lbs now, but I expect him to get a lot bigger than that at this rate. Just for comparison, last year he was 5lbs. He is currently under an Active UV light, but most of his life he had the Zoomed 5.0 light. He has had some sporadic sun exposure, but since he got older, he doesn't want any-- just makes a beeline for his top shelf under his Active UV light.

My last iguana loved to go outside and I thoroughly recommend sun exposure to all that can provide it. We're hoping as Sleestack gets older, he may mellow out some (and enjoy going outside) but so far it hasn't happened.
