IG with mouth Tumor?

I have 2 Male IG's both 3 feet +. One seems to have a tumor at the edge of his mouth. I have A book on IG's which briefly mentions tumors, but no advice how to treat it. As an experienced herper (about 10 years experience) I am fairly sure it is NOT a simple case of mouth rot. He has a large LUMP at the side of his mouth, but is eating like a horse!!! Any suggestions or answers will be GREATLY APPRECIATED! Thanks to all who reply.
