Well, they don't all like baths. Lizard has never liked a bath. He likes being misted, but isn't too fond of anything involving the bath tub. He does poop in there, but with the shower on, rather than a bath. And once he's done his business, he starts trying to get out.

My guess is that your new ig just doesn't trust you very much yet. Iguanas can feel vulnerable in the water, so he was probably pretty nervous. New person, new environment = lots of stress. Give him some time...

: ... In fact, It was a disaster!!! He totally flipped out! Started splashing and running all over the place! I know it's his first day here but I thought they Loved baths? And yes, He got them everyday In his old home. Maybe He just doesn't like me yet. He did start eatting from his bowl but not from the hand yet. I know you are gonna tell me to be patient and all. I'm trying to. I just wasn't expecting him to flip out the way he did. Any ideas what I can do? The water wasn't to hot. It was warm to the touch but not hot. Was it just him in a strange place with strange people? And what temp should the water be? I guess I thought since he was eatting He might have started to settle in enough for a bath. Maybe that's why I was surprised. Hmmmm.....
: Sorry for the long note... and the complaining... Hope all you guys are having fun.
