:when we feed him, we usually offer him greens w/ another veggie of some kind. when we offer him squash w/ his greens, he scarfs down the squash and ignores the greens until he thinks he's absolutely starving, then he'll eat them. is that okay? i'm sure it is, but should we offer him more or less squash? he loves them!

: *smiling*
: yeah, my animal buddies eat better than the humons at my house too! LOL

:
: depending on the temps where you're at, his heat lamp going out *might* have had something to do with his tummy ache ... igs need to be warm/humid enough to digest their food properly ... but ~ i still think it sounds like maybe his system is still just adjusting to the different diet (it takes a while!)

: and i'd still get him in for a check-up with a good IG-vet (this week if possible) just to "rule out" any possible real problems ~ like parasites, etc ...

: he should have greens *every day*, they should be the *main* part of his diet ... cut back on the fruit, especially for the next couple days til his poop is more solid/normal ~ too much sugar *could* be contributing to the problem ...

: how's he doin' tonite???

: *headrubbies for Egor*

: welcome to the forum!!
: Bon.
