Lesha- Guapi's black lumps were scabs. The biggest ones were about the size of a piece of white rice. They were raised and hard. She said that he probably got them when he was being brought over here because when they are imported, a lot of times they cram a lot of igs into the same shipping container and often the igs will nip and scratch each other during transport. If Takhisis' black bump is raised and hard, I bet it could be a scab. The vet told me to crank the humidity up to help facilitate shedding, and sure enough, he's shed those scabs! If it doesn't spread, and it's only been there a little while, I'd give him time to shed before you get concerned. Hope that helps. Tell Takhisis that Guapi says "hi"!
