I have an iguana which is about 3foot long. About a month ago, I found a bump that is quite hard on one of his hind legs. I thought it will be gone soon but now, it's getting worse. The surrounding area is swollen. He does not have any problem with walking, eating, and moving. It's quite hard near the bump. I do not know what to do. There isn't any vet that can treat reptiles here. First, I thought it's metabolic bone disease but then it's only one of his legs. Could this be infection? If it is, what should I do? I will try to get some photos of the bump if possible. Thanks.
