...living together in a same cage and they are very happy like that.Although the cage is HUGE they sleep one over the other like a green pyramid!!They are juvies and they really are good friends.It's rare to see (even during the day) one separate from the other.Mainly the female likes to be on the male's back!!

: :this morning, i was told that other than mammals, no other species of animals group together. i wanted to get another ig for my Egor b/c i thought he was bored/lonesom, but i found out that they are solitary animals. that is just my input. i'm not a pro at this, but i hope it helps. don't just use my advice, take advice from others since i dont know everything!

: : I'm about to acquire what I believe to be a female Green Ig. I already have a male. Both are approx 10 months old, I was wondering if it would be ok to house them together in a 60-gallon screen cage. If so, or if not what are some problems I should look out for? Thanks for the input in advance.
