Unfortunately, I think the list of what NOT to eat is actually longer. Here's a short list of good foods:
1) collards and similar greens, escarole is good
2) squash and similar vegetables
3) green beens/peas on occasion
4) fruit as a treat
Stay away from:
1) lettuce!
2) spinach, as it binds calcium. also, bell pepper I believe (use occasionally, if at all)
3) breads and starches
4) acidic fruits and vegetables
and the list goes on and on... this should give you a good idea of where to start, and as you have individual questions you can post them or do some research. good luck
