I'm using iguanlight 5.0 uvb. If your Iguana doesnt get any natural sunlight you use the reptile florescent bulbs. Mine get natural sunlight(in spring, fall, summer) but I still keep the florescent over his hangout area. If you dont have one you should get one. Yeah mine is free roaming. Works out cheaper having run wild.
