I have not checked the forum for a bit and tonight saw your message. I find with the babies, making a thin gruel of babyfood (vegetable) nutragrow, and water placed in a shallow plate where if they lay in it will not cover mouth works. Also mist several times a day until they get the idea of the plate. You can mist over the plate where it drips down to it, they get the idea. Keep the temp up and I find it is best not to force feed, they usually get stressed and die. When you see the baby is eating the gruel, then can make thicker, then add real vegies, food processor works great. General rule of thumb I found is nothing larger then distance between eyes. Hope it helps.
