Hi all! I have recently (6 wks. ago) aquired an 18 mo male ig. His name is Raphael. His previous owner had no UV lighting, kale and collard greens only, and no basking shelf. I got him a whole new light setup with the UV and a higher wattage basking lamp (his was 50 watts). His new diet consists of mustard gr., collards, dandelion, squashes, yams, carrots, mango, blueberries, green beans, and anything else he can fit in his belly! My question is, I noticed some tiny black dots on his back last night, that I don't think were there before. He just finished a shed as well. I know that a fungal infection is supposed to look fuzzy, but these spots are so small, I could'nt say if they were fuzzy or not. Could these be his adult markings coming in? He is bright green all over, except for the bands on his tail. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
heather
