From your pics, I would guess it's the rub on his lower lip, pulling the skin together. Watch for signs of mouth infection, further swelling, redness/discoloration, discomfort when eating, etc. If it gets worse you might need to take him to a vet, but for now just keep an eye on it. In a healthy ig, that sort of thing usualy heals up fine, as long as he does not keep rubbing and injuring it further...
