I've made dishes using different ingredients from the MK salad & greens.

I made this great dish using:
butternut squash, red & green chard, canned tomatoes,
cheese & spices. Note...only the squash and greens
are ig food :)

I have other human recipes for ig food. I have an outdated
web page with recipes as well, a few of them using ig food; at
the bottom of the web page, I have general suggestions for ig food.
