So the likely situation is it a Green Iguana That has that blueish coloring that People try to pass off as some kind of Special thing. And the size issue is do to improper feeding. Makes sense. Didn't see her today. Try to talk to her This week. I doubt I'll be getting the Ig or even a picture for that matter but the whole story was a little strange to me. Thanks to all of you for clearing things up! :)
