I've heard of iguanas being given Gatorade or Pedyalite when dehydrated due to illness, but I'd stay away from giving it that stuff. A lap or two shouldnt hurt, but then it will want more and more.

I've heard of iguanas who drink V8 (occasionally, and not the whole can), but it is still debated.
I know people who let their monitors lap some Light Beer, in very small quantities, on very few occasions.

V8 is the only 'soft drink' I can think of that should not be harmful to the animal. But Sobe...

Remember that iguanas are like children, they would drink Vodka if they saw u drink it too, or even some Grappa.
