Chicago Exotics on 3735 W. Dempster in Skokie.
The number there is 847-329-8709 and Dr's name is Susan Horton.
She is wonderful and has many pets of her own including a full grown male Ig.
This may be a little haul for you but you could call there and maybe she could steer you to one closer to your area.
When Lizzy was egg bound this is who cared for her over her 7 day stay at the vet.

Reptile show also in Gurnee on 29th and 30th of this month if your interested.
