anyway ~ if you *grate* the vegies, not only are they nice + small, but they STICK to the greens and it makes it harder (tho NOT impossible!) to just pick thru the salad for your favorite bits ...

i'm betting that once he gets settled in a bit and *poops*, that his appetite will pick up! *grin*
