This may sound like a list of sick iguana symptoms, but I have had to send a few iguanas to the vet for necropsies (with kidney and liver failure cited as the cause of death), and this is the symptoms we saw before they died.
Weight loss, loss of appetite, lethargy, and other minor problems leading up to their death. It starts out seeming like just a bad phase, but will just get worse and worse. Near the end, they always seem to start getting a "distant" look in their eyes, and just lose their will to do anything but lay on the bottom of their cage.

: Sorry to disturb you fellow herpers but its not easy to be an expatriate! No books, no vets (until now,) I m counting on you, only!!
: I am asking this question because I read in an INTERNET site the pee of an ig with initial kidney failure syndrome has a white jelly aspect with some orange inside. That's true?
