Yeah, igs usually hate dogs so he might get scared, but he'll be okay. The new home plans sound great. He may soil that carpet up though unless he is very well potty trained! Try to think like an iguana when you set up the basking spot...because you'll need to put his UV light wherever he will want to sit most of the day. Good luck!


: We are building a new home for Spike. He will also have a whole room to himself. Carpet goes from the floor half way up the wall, then there is a shelf all around the room. There are 2 big windows in the room.

: If a stray dog passes by while Spike is next to the window will he get scared?
: When I took our dog downstairs to 'meet' Spike (While he was in his cage) he got scared and whiped his tail.
