You want to avoid stressing him if at all possible, he may die from stress. Leave him alone as much as you can, don't pick up or disturb him more than 1-2x daily, for very brief periods. Set him up separately, there is risk of transmitting nasties to the skink, plus the stress of having a cagemate will be very bad for the iguana. Keep him warm, 82-86F, and very humid (but not actualy wet). I think air humidity up to 95% will be good if he is dehydrated, to avoid water loss when he breathes. Personaly, I would try to get him rehydrated and eating before treating for parasites. I'd want him stronger, and more capable of surviving the treatment...
You can try putting drops of pedialyte, or watered down babyfood on his nose while he is in his cage, and see if he licks them off. Forcefeeding is very stressful, but you can try it if all else fails - pry his mouth open(gently!) just a little bit, put a couple drops of pedialyte in, and put him back immediately. Don't be tempted to fill him with food at first, if he's extremely debilitated, his digestive system may not be up to handling normal amounts of food. Start with liquids first, very little, very slowly, and up the amount gradualy if he seems to be passing it. I've had luck with adding a little aloe juice to the water, and dripping that on the nose - I use 1 part juice to 10 parts water.
I'm cheering for the little guy, hope he makes it...
