Don't put him in with the skink! You risk infecting your skink with parasites/disease. Besides, it is dangerous to mix species even if he were healthy. Try to set him up in his own enclosure. UV would definitely help him as well as heat (keep temps up). Try dripping the pedylite in his mouth. This is a tough case with him being so small. He really needs to see a vet..take a fresh fecal sample if you can so the vet can check for parasites. Heat, UV, liquids, vitamins and calcium are his best shot right now along with whatever treatment you get from the vet. You can put him on a heating pad (low setting) at night. When they are this bad off at this young of an age...it can be grim. Try your best and keep him comfortable. You never know though because I did successfully nurse back a 3" wild caught anole a couple months ago who looked like he was on death's door. Sometimes they just need someone who cares enough to try. Keep us posted.
