Get her in the sun! Get a new UV light (the Active UV or the Zoomed Powersun or the Zoomed Reptisun 5.0 tube). Your iguana has not had enought UV light for a long time it sounds like. This is a good indication of MBD. If her diet is right she still cannot metabolize her food properly to get the calcium out of it for her bones. Mention this to the vet (hope it is a good reptile vet). He may want to give calcium injections. Blood work will probably show low calcium levels.

Even though she has probably masked her illness for a long time, the extra stress of changing her cage probably put her over the edge (it would have happened eventually anyway). Hopefully you caught it early enough to treat.

Take a fresh fecal sample to the vet too. When they get stressed or ill, they often get a build up of parasites and need to be treated.
