Two things spring to mind:- Egg binding or Metabolic Bone Disease. Unfortunatly both are potentially very serious and will need urgent vet treatment. What is your iguanas diet? It should include loads of collard greens, dandelions, mustard greens, watercress and rocket. Also include green beans, turnip, squash, corgettes. Has she got 'fat looking' back legs and has she been trembling at all? What is the temperature in her tank, it should be from 95 under her basking spot to about 80 in the coldest part of the tank. If she is too cold she won't be active and she won't be able to digest her food properly. Also do you have a good quality UV bulb?
Is your iguana defintely a girl? If so she could be gravid. If she is you must make sure that she is given a suitable egg laying site. I use a big plastic bin about half full of compost in the corner of her tank. Does she pay any attention to you if you handle her or is she really uninterested all the time? Rather than baby food I would try to liquidise some of the leafy greens I mentioned earier. I hope that hasn't been patronising because it certainly hasn't meant to be.
