One suggestion for the greens...

Seems several people live where collards etc are hard to find.
I made a suggestion before, you can do a search and find seed companies, these greens are in packets in seed form.
You could grow them your self. They need much room so not to many at one time. If you have no garden space a nice bright window and just use window boxes.
