i vote for a vet visit for peace of mind too! and if her overall health seems ok, there's no obvious swelling or sore and she's not in distress, i would *think* it'd be ok to wait til thurs .... (i've been wrong before! so if someone has a varying opinion on the waiting til thursday, i'd re-think waiting ...)
it's hard to take off work for a vet appointment isn't it?!?! (grrrrrrrrr ... bosses must not have pets...) *grin*
