Yes, I can definitely say that after looking at those pics, your iguana definitely has MBD. You need to get him to a QUALIFIED iguana vet ASAP. He needs to be put on calcium, proper diet etc. Don't hesitate, because the longer you wait the worse off he'll be. If you get him the help he needs now, he may not suffer any lasting effects from the MBD, but if you wait, he may.

: Yep, that history alone says MBD to me (bad diet and no UVB light) Luckily she didn't have him that long. Is it possible that he hurt his back since you got him--like when he freaked out that last time? If not, then I would say it is just a normal deformatiy from MBD. Anyway, make sure you do the whole UVB, calcium, good diet thing. Good luck to you and your little guy. Health before taming. (will make things easier)
