Sorry Karli but its impossible to a 11 months iguana to be only 20 inches(50 cm!!)!At that age he should be at least 30 inches(75 cm)!!As I told you, I recently bought a baby iguana (few weeks only) and she is already 18 inches.I measured her yesterday.
Can you post a photo of you holding him in your hand so that I can estimate his size.
But, if your ig is only 20 inches as you said Ill give you very serious advice.PUT HIM IN THE SUN!!Because, in my humble opinion, the only explanation for his very small size is a very serious lack of calcium. And if he continues like that he will develop a very serious desease that can compromise his life!!

: I'll go and measure him really quick... He is about 20 to 21 inches, I got hime at about 11 months or at least I was told he was that old, and he was pretty small. I got him from a petstore. Wow he does not like the tape measure!!! He would not take is eyes off it. He may be younger, I got him in december sometime.
: So should he be bigger? I'll post a pic on here as soon as I can soon.
: Karli
