20 inches x 11 months??!!

: I'll go and measure him really quick... He is about 20 to 21 inches, I got hime at about 11 months or at least I was told he was that old, and he was pretty small. I got him from a petstore. Wow he does not like the tape measure!!! He would not take is eyes off it. He may be younger, I got him in december sometime.
: So should he be bigger? I'll post a pic on here as soon as I can soon.
