Very professional article. I must admit I was swaying towards the Ig Den Diet until I read this article. It is the curses of being a newbie. Not being sure, wanting to do what is right for my baby and not on sure footing. Everything in the rebuttal is explained throughly. Back to Melissa Kaplan's site and the Basking Spot as my two ig bibles. I'm sure glad I have this forum to come to. Keeps me on the straight and narrow.
