Iguanas, as I'm sure you know, aren't from Malaysia but South America. Even though you may already have a released iguana population, it's still a bad thing for Malaysia's native wildlife and especially the reptiles, which may catch diseases from or be outcompeted by the iguanas. So it's generally not a good idea.
