For example I have an iguana that LOVES her leash, she also has NO SPIKES on her back (NOT DUE TO THE LEASH lol). So for her spikes are not a concern. As for breaking a bone you have to be careful how you use them. I personally prefer the iguana leash that goes over there legs and around there stomach. I will never have an area that would allow me to safely take Double D out in in the grass and sun without being leashed so we use the leash, I also stay right with her so theres no need for her to tug on the leash. You have to be responsible in how you put them on and how you use them and careful with them always using supervision when they are leashed and Ive had no problems with them in over a year and half now.

: I have a question about putting an Ig on a leash. Some people say it's bad because It brakes the spikes and Might brake bones. Others say leashes are wonderful. Which is right? Are leashes good or bad?
