Yup, they're rostral horns, and probably around a quarter to a third of green iguanas have them. They don't mean it's a different species of iguana. All it means is that it has rostral horns, and it may indicate the area he/she's from, but that's just conjecture, because nobody really knows.

: My iguana has a spike on the tip of her nose... I have never seen it in a normal green iguana. I was just wondering if it was another type of iguana or just a thing that goes along with her sex... If any one can help out with this it would be appreciated
