I've yet to have the misfortune of having my iguana bite me, and hope I never do, but notice I said yet, and hope. Anyhow, my iguana doesn't seem to have bad mating seasons and is pretty calm,and very tame, so I don't worry about it too much. He's such a pushover. I guess i've been very lucky from what i've seen from other ig owners.

You should get that checked if you haven't already though, because you don't want an infection.
