As cirsisue states, you should get it cleaned up, etc. Since this isn't your first time being bitten you probably DO know this. However, for those out there who don't know and have never suffered a severe bite:
"If you have experienced a deep and/or severe bite and you have to go to the doctor, it's important that you tell your doctor that iguanas carry Gram negative bacteria. This will help your doctor prescribe the right kind of antibiotics."
I'm quoting this because I remember some time back someone who had become infected from the bite and the Rx wasn't working...had to go back to dr. and tell them about gram negative or something along those lines! As I vaguely recall drs. usually treat for gram positive first and reptiles carry gram negative so the meds won't work right.
