I don't know the potassium content of crickets and worms but I DO know that they're high in animal protein which shouldn't be fed to captive iguanas. Incidental protein ingestion, i.e. fly in a cage, etc, won't hurt them but long term diets consisting of animal protein have been known to cause severe health problems in iguana. Also, watch the carrots as too much sugar, natural or otherwise, is also not good for iguanas. What are you feeding besides collards and carrots?
