You can while soaking her gently massage her underbelly with hand motions moving belly to vent direction. After a good 20 minutes & she hasn't pooed in the next 30 minutes repeat process. The water must be nice & warm for it to work! & check your husbandry to make sure this larger cage is well heated/uvb output is good.
