Depends on the monitor.
I'll pick an ig over a similarly sized Indonesian or Australian monitor any day. An ig does not have the meat-eater teeth or the jaw power of a monitor. At the emergency room, they can stitch me up, but I'm not sure they can repair damaged nerves or severed tendons.
