Well I'm glad you have a vet appointment because one can only guess....

It could be impaction. I would try to do some long luke warm bath soaks in the bathtub (maybe a few per day). Keep your ig hydrated too...you can offer pedialyte for some extra nutrients or just water. I would feed only finely chopped items..maybe some fruit treats will spark up an appetite.

Good luck and keep us posted on what happens at the vet.
