If it is Mustard Greens that your iguana loves, make her work for it. Get some clips, and clip a few large leafs in hard to reach places in the cage.

I dont know if this is an activity that iguanas enjoy or not, but at least it will make their caged life a little more exciting, and they will get much needed exercise and stretching by having to work for their food!

I've tried strawberries, cantalope, honey dew (which she did eat), black berries, grapes, and apples and she just doesn't get excited about them.
