Either mercury vapor bulbs such as ActiveUV or PowerSun or ReptiSun/IguanaLight 5.0's depending on your specific enclosure setup. Personally we use nothing but mv bulbs around here. We're currently running 26 mv bulbs.

At night, total darkness. Overall ambient heat maintained by a radiant heat panel controlled by a temp controller operating 24/7.
