If diet and UV lighting are appropriate calcium supplimentation should not be necessary provided there are no pre-existing concerns of MBD. And yes, moderate the amount of carrot in the diet. Too much sugar, even natural sugars are not particularly good in an iguana diet. The key here, with the exceptions of greens (collard, dandelion, mustard, turnip) all things in moderation. Variety will also keep your ig interested in what it's eating.
