Separation anxiety, pics and a Phil update...

I am away from my critters for a month (yikes) and miss them terribly, so I thought I would post some photos and updates. My boyfriend is lizard-sitting and is convinced that Phil is going through separation anxiety. Apparently he is exhibiting signs of stress (skittishness, darkening, etc.) that have him concerned. I am tempted to chalk this up to a change in the routine; my boyfriend spends time with Phil on a daily basis both when I am at home and when I am not, but I am around him considerably more and am the only one that feeds him. The boyfriend, big softy that he is, is convinced that Phil is heartbroken (I am also tempted to chalk this up to a change in the boyfriend's routine, more than Phil's). Anyway, here are some pics of the little guy at 9 months:

This is Phil in his jungle gym, courtesy of the boyfriend's champion knot-tying skills...

The jungle gym is a series of ropes tied into triangles at various heights, supported by three links of chain. It runs from the top to bottom of Phil's cage and is tied to the sides for support (Phil hates it when it wobbles)
