It would probably be a good idea to wean your little girl from lettuce. Try shredding all her greens and food and mixing it in together, so that she can't eat the lettuce without eating anything else. Or (and this worked well for Phil, who also used to be stubborn) place her greens underneath the rest of her food so that she can't get to it without going through a layer of parsnips, squash, etc. first.
Also, a plump or chubby iguana is not necessarily a healthy iguana. Weight doesn't necessarily have a lot to do with nutrition, and your ig may look healthy but might be lacking in calcium and other nutrients that lizards need to survive. Iguanas do not show illness right away and, unless you are very attentive to what she eats and how much UVB she gets, a problem might not show up until it is too late to correct it. You sound very concerned about your ig's well-being and I would hate to see that end up in heartbreak. best of luck,
