Does he have that large scale below his ear?

He certainly does not look like any green iguana I've ever seen...
I can't see too clearly in the pics, but he looks like he just has a row of smaller scales, instead of the big scale on his lower jaw.

Could he be an Iguana delicatissima? Or a hybrid?
