WOOT Jade got his splint off yesterday!

: Went to the vet yesterday to change the splint, vet took it off and said it had healed fully upon inspection. But i still have to keep his cage low to the ground till he starts using it all again, it looks so sad. But i'm sooo happy at the same time cause i know he can be a normal iggy again and have a great big cage that i'm gonna build him when he can climb! =) : : His leg does have lots of places on it that don't look good, from where the splint rubbed his scales off to some other places that rubbed raw. : Asked about the tiny burn on his back, vet said that was healing great too and to keep putting the triple antibiotic on it if i wanted. : Hehe, almost afraid to hold him some, he's not totally tame yet (tho this leg breaking has helped him adapt to me more) and so i don't want him to jump aaround and perhaps hurt it again..maybe in a week i'll pick him up... : Anyways, just wanted to let ya'll know jades doin great aand he's been eating tons..now he just needs to poop more! : : Dara
