Fruit should not be a primary part of an ig's diet, but can be used as a treat occasionally. A lot of ig owners on this forum say fruit should be 10% of the iguana's overall diet, and I tend to agree. Calcium-rich greens like escarole, collard greens, mustard greens, turnip greens, endive, etc. will be a much better choice inthe long run. These can be supplemented with a variety of squashes and other vegetables.
