Since we dont know the history of the animal, that is a strong assumption to make. Heck, you would think we are TERRIBLE iguana keepers... But you need to keep in mind that not all iguana owners got their igs as a baby. We have some iguanas that are burnt from head to toe, some that are missing entire limbs, and many other things that would make us look like very BAD people. But... this is what your typical rescued iguana looks like!

Not jumping on you here, just wondering what the "rest of the story" is...
