I red today this food may not be the best thing and got a list "Collard greens, Turnip greens, Mustard greens, Dandelion greens, and both Mulberry and Hibiscus. I plan to go to the store on my way home from work in the morning and pick up as mutch of that list as posable. thanks for all the help I look foprward to learning more
